Complete house renovation in a small city called Alayor. This city is located in Minorca (one of the Mallorca’s island).

The project consisted transforming a traditional Minorcan house according to the needs of a young and creative client. We wanted to preserve the essence of the traditional architecture bringing natural light into the heart of the house. In order to obtain the above, we demolished carefully the central part of the house generating a court to the two levels, and introduced concrete stairs as a connecting element between both existing areas.

An exhaustive work of more than year and a half, full of details and different dialogues between ceramic tiles, concrete and wood made a sublime project.
