This renewed apartment is located in a tower in Ramat Gan. The starting point was to change the master suite unifying the walk-in closet (which was very minimal) and the existing bathroom into a one big bathroom space, where a closet and an integrated sliding door creates the separation from the bedroom.
An extra closet was built in the bomb shelter to leave space for a small home office area.
The main request of our client was to have a proper well finished suite, where they can feel as if they were in a hotel.
The bathroom has a “wet area” where a shower and a freestanding bathtub stands together, closed by a beautiful Belgium partition. A central spacious part where two sinks and a separate toilet defines the whole unit.
The closet between these two spaces provide service to both sides.
Another interesting point was the kitchen. Making simple changes, we managed to increase considerably the working surface by making the high cabinets towards the end. Then, one side is the cooking area and the other side, facing the Hayarkon Park, the cleaning area.
Combining with the proper materials we have managed to transform this into a cozy apartment.
