Lukumas is a bakery/café specialized in a typical Greek cake called “lukumas”, or doughnuts in English, based in Barcelona. The owner wanted to bring to Spain the pastry from Thessaloniki his parents were baking every morning.

The assignment was to plan within the 100 sqm not only the shop, but also the workroom where the owner bake freshly every morning the cakes with all the experience that he got from his parents.
