GI Family Villa

A Renovation project of a villa located in Ra’anana.

Family home for a couple with two kids – 250 sqm, 2.5 level including 7 rooms and a garden with a pool.

Surrounded by green gardens and lots of natural light, the villa was already in a magical place. We aimed to make the villa’s common areas more welcoming, by choosing light-colored wood floors and soft colors for the walls, using a simple ‘tone-on-tone’ approach.

The kitchen is at the heart of these changes. We made it more functional and well-integrated with the nearby spaces. The woodwork in the dining area was carefully done to match the overall design concept.

In the living room, we placed a bookshelf that also acts as a divider, smartly separating it from the family room. This area is designed to be cozy, with a built-in sofa and cushions, making it a comfortable spot.

The staircase, which is a key feature in the center of the house, went through a transformation to make it look light with glass railings, leading us to the upper floor. The master bedroom feels like a luxury hotel room, with a big wardrobe and an open bathroom that includes a freestanding bathtub.

The outdoor garden, terrace, and pool show how architecture can make natural beauty even better, creating great places to relax and enjoy your everyday life.
